Brandi made up breakfast for Lily who waited patiently sitting on the ground. She drooled as she smelled it. Brandi mixed up wet and dry food in Lily's bowl. She attacked as she put it down. She crossed her ankles as she watched her former Master chowing down, devouring dog food, licking the bowl clean. She smiled listening to her slurping the water. Lily stretched, she was tired and she went to her dog bed to take a nap. Brandi stayed awake. First, she got on the phone and went to Pet Supplies. She ordered personalized tags for Lily. Next, she went to her bedroom. "I want to try on all those different clothes" Brandi was curious. She loved how clothes felt on her body. After a few common items, she pulled out the fancy black dress. She also put on black tights and black high heels "Oh my God" she said. She went to the mirror and did her hair and makeup flawlessly. She also checked the app obsessed with the numbers. The app was adding sub menus. Brandi went into Physical Traits and found a new tab for 'Internal Organs and Systems' It showed heart rates, lung capacity, functionality and levels of adrenal, pituitary and thyroid. Estrogen levels were another sub menu. It showed cycles. How soon Brandi could expect a period and when Lily was due to go into heat. Today, Estrus cycle resided under Subject 1. She also wrote a document. A note to Lily to read when she got this phone back. Worded very carefully and thoughtfully. It contained her thoughts and observations, but also her feelings and desires. Brandi looked up and saw Lily doing her business. She sighed and grabbed the bag she had brought along to clean up after her pet like a responsible person would. She smelled the wet food, she smelled the dry bag as she heard the crinkle of the bag opening. She started to drool. The bowl came from her Master's hand. She devoured it in gulps. While Lily was distracted, Brandi went to her bedroom and closed the door behind her. She stripped down out of her clothes. She slipped her feet into a pair of open toed nude heels. I had claws and pads and fur" She ran her hand absent-mindedly over her left ear. She put her feet up on the couch and crossed her ankles. The day was an awesome time. She didn't feel awkward about anything she had done while she was a dog. "I need to take my time though. Go to work tomorrow…let this all sink in" Lily and Brandi slept the night away. Lily got up and was ready for work. She and Brandi went through their usual daily routine for the morning. Neither of them enjoyed it. Lily's day at work was long, boring and frustrating. She couldn't wait to go home. She wanted to swap something, anything. Her mind played out every possibility. Lily got excited as she turned into her driveway "Brandi will be so happy to see me!" She thought as she parked. Her heels clacked and clicked over the concrete. Her hand trembled as she unlocked the door. Brandi was bouncing on the other side of the door. "I'm changing our taste buds and our digestive systems" Brandi cocked her head. Lily dug into her purse and brought out a giant chocolate bar "It's all yours" Brandi drooled. Lily got up and made up a big bowl of dog food "This is going to be my dinner tonight" she wanted to eat right then and there. She had found herself craving it all day. "And I had to get it ready now because I hope we can swap paws for hands too?" "Yes! Thank you" Lily blushed. "I want paws so bad…" Brandi was picking up on so many signals from Lily. All of it excited her. Lily was acting so submissive to her; asking her permission to swap, wanting to trade. Brandi knew Lily wanted to trade more but was afraid to. She would wait and let it build up. She loved being human. She would get there. "I set the timer to swap everything back at 5 tomorrow morning" Lily said sitting on the couch looking excited. Her eyes shifted and changed, fur grew out on her ears as they turned to huge triangles atop her head. Lily's stomach growled. The bowl of dog food grew more appealing to her and she licked her lips. Lily's knees buckled in bliss as her fingers fused together. The fur there came in as her thumbs retreated and her nails turned black, curled and became claws. She wanted to cry as she got her paw pads back. Brandi yipped in joy and spun around as color filled her eyes. They shifted closer and Brandi blinked them in gratitude. Her hearing dimmed as her ears shrank and became much less sensitive and intune. Human ears soon sat on the sides of her head. Her stomach growled and churned as her entire digestive system rewrote itself, reprogramming what she could and what she wanted to eat. Slowly but surely, her paw pads pulled inward and she stretched her muscles to separate her fingers. They grew out longer as her nails went pale, flattened out, and turned into her fingernails. Lily sighed in satisfaction. She got on.her knees and made sure she clicked her claws as she began to eat her dinner from the dog bowl. Her human teeth and tongue took the food in but she had to work a whole lot harder at it. It was worth it. To Lily, it made her appreciate her muzzle, dog teeth and tongue even more. Brandi used her hands to pop apart the chocolate bar and she placed the pieces between her teeth. It tasted so good. She was amused at Lily's eating habits. How she was just digging in so deep. Drinking water from her bowl too to wash it all down Brandi went to the fridge and got more food out for herself to savor. It was easy to.open up containers with her nimble fingers. "Um, Brandi?" She heard and saw Lily standing over her looking embarrassed. "I forgot to take my bra off before I gave myself paws…could you please help me?" Lily sat down on the ground and turned her back to Brandi. Brandi easily unhooked the clasp. "Oh thank you!" Lily exclaimed as her breasts came free as she wiggled her shoulders out of the bra. Brandi stayed by the door and Lily let her out. She came back relieved a few minutes later. She made up Brandi's dinner and put the bowl in front of her Brandi went at it with gusto. Brandi was a bit confused and hesitant, Lily was acting strange, she was afraid she may have overplayed her hand. Lily just watched Brandi eat, enthralled. "We need to talk Miss Brandi" Lily said as she walked to the living room and sat down on the couch. Brandi followed slinking a bit lower than usual lately. Lily smirked seeing it. "I found your note to me" Lily began. She sat back and crossed her legs. She also pulled out the tags "And I found the present you bought me" Brandi looked at the ground, if she was physically capable of blushing, she would be. "You really want my body don't you?" Lily asked "I can't blame you…you've been a dog all your life and I gave you a taste of being human. You saw all the things you can do, do for yourself instead of waiting for me to aid you. How to be me. How to replace me" Brandi bounced a bit and let out a low "We're going to swap places for longer and longer periods of time. Because you are right; I do want to be you…I wish we could swap places too" "Now like you said, the app will always be there. After a while as me, you might get the urge to swap back. Lily's mouth watered and her fingers were already numb as she got in the app. She went into Physical Traits first 'Swap Entire Physical Form' came up and she selected it. With a long exhale, she went into Mental Traits. "Going all the way this time" she said as she began to set all the fields. Subject 1 went to full dog while Subject 2 went to fully human. So many numbers flipped to essentially reset each of them as the other. Brandi would gain full human intelligence while Lily would lose it, leaving herself with the mind of a dog. She had never set their numbers this far before. Lily set the timer for 48 hours. Her lifeboat. With the timer set, she sighed. "Not permanent…not yet…" she repeated to herself as she got undressed. Lily rubbed her hands and looked at her flat palms. Picturing her paw pads lifting up comforted her, soothed her. She took Brandi's collar off and she hooked on the tags that read Lily before she put it on around her own neck. Brandi sat up straight. Her head held high and up. "Take care of me Brandi" Lily said. Her nerves were at a level she had never felt before, but there was also excitement equally alongside those fears. 'Transfer All Selected Traits' was waiting on the screen. She brought her finger down. Immediately after, she dropped the phone as a sound like the lowest note of a plucked guitar string on an Amp cranked all the way up rocked both their bodies. It vibrated and shook the two of them to their cores. Everything Lily had ever known or understood, every thought she had about herself, her self-image, her entire consciousness, her humanity and place and role: It all changed. Lily froze. She rose upon the balls of her feet as her body began to change. Faster than before, her tail shot out, covered in fur from the get go.. Her chest and body shape quickly modified, shrinking down as her hips and shoulders rotated and popped in different directions. Two quick jerks and her legs flipped. Her feet and hands fused changing into paws. Her vagina and vulva changed, triggering a chain reaction to all of her internal organs. Her face elongated as she fell forward. Her muzzle growing out, her ears shooting up, her eyes and nose rapidly adjusting. The power of it forced Lily onto her haunches, sitting. She looked directly across at another dog. Brandi felt the vibrations wracking her body in overpowering waves. Transcendent, unique unparalleled power coursed through her, freezing her in place, paws planted on the ground as incomparable, innate knowledge and thought pierced her. Boundless potential, unlimited and full humanity came into her possession. Everything she had ever known altered, growing exponentially with every passing second. Her self-image, her entire consciousness evolved. Her place and role in the world converted from animal to human. Her thoughts on every little thing reversed. Mostly, her thoughts on her trading partner irrevocably switched, transferring their respective roles from one to the other. Brandi still couldn't move. She watched as Lily transformed. Her human body, contracting and jolting, wriggling and twitching, quivering and shivering, as it shrank down and changed shape into the body of a dog. They were exact, physical twins; down to the last hair. Brandi looked closely at her twin. Lily looked back, cooking her head slightly before she reared back as Brandi's body exploded upward and outward in an eruption of physical changes. In a rush, Brandi's body lifted up. Her chest expanded, her hips and shoulders popped and rolled, rotating as her arms and legs grew. Her ass lifted off the ground, her tail sucking up inside of her as her vagina and vulva shifted forward, setting off her own chain reaction of internal changes. Her paws spread, changing into hands and feet as her stomrose up and her breasts grew off her now upright chest. Her hips spread and her heels dropped as she stood like the woman she was becoming. Her muzzle retracted, her nose grew. Her ears shrank as hair sprouted. Her skin was bathed in sweat as her face took shape. "OHMYGOD!" Brandi screamed, her head back, as her body fully changed. Brandi was panting from the intensity of her transformation. She shuffled her feet to stay up and she detected that Lily was just starting to move too. Her dog was sniffing at something on the floor in front of her. Brandi finally relaxed and came around. Lily was nosing between her feet. "What is it girl? What's…" Brandi stopped "Oh!" She added feeling an unnatural heat building in her as she took in the sight. "Uh Oh" was all she could muster upon seeing the broken phone on the tile floor between her feet.
